Sichuan Astronomy Association forms in Chengdu

The newly-formed Sichuan Astronomy Association has formed and is based in the capital of Sichuan province, the city of Chengdu. This group would like to partner with the East-Asia ROAD to promote astronomy education and outreach activities in Sichuan province.
